Report a Missed Collection

  • A missed collection is a waste collection that has not been made on its scheduled day. Please note you can only report a missed collection the day after the scheduled collection date and up to 3 days after. Please ensure only the correct items have been placed in your Recycling bin. Please visit https://www.nlwa.gov.uk/reducereuserecycle/recycle/whatcanwerecycle to check, and remove any incorrect items so we can make the collection. For overflowing bins within high rise developments, please call or email the Contact Centre.
  • If a missed collection is reported on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday it will be logged on the next working day.
