Report a Missed Collection

  • A missed collection is a waste collection that has not been made on its scheduled day. Missed collections can only be reported within 2 days and after 5pm of the scheduled collection day. Please ensure only the correct items have been placed in your recycling bin. Please visit https://www.nlwa.gov.uk/reducereuserecycle/recycle/whatcanwerecycle to check, and remove any incorrect items so we can make the collection on the next scheduled collection day. For overflowing bins within high rise developments, please call or email the Contact Centre.
  • If a missed collection is reported on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday it will be logged on the next working day.
