Request Bulky Waste Collection

Please note your collection day when booking, as the email you receive is simply your payment receipt and not a confirmation of your collection details.

Make sure items are placed outside at the front boundary of the property:

  • ready for collection by 6.30am
  • easy to access on your property boundary
  • not placed up or down stairs
  • covered, if they are fabric items – for example, sofas or mattresses
  • ensure the items are accessible and visible to the collection crew from the highway

Housing estates/blocks of flats

If you live on a housing estate or in a block of flats, place your items:

  • outside of any gated bin area on street level – do not leave items in communal areas as this poses a fire risk
  • at a nearby collection point (housing estate collections)
  • Please check with your housing provider whether there are any specific bulky item waste collection locations or arrangements you should be aware of.

The service costs £20 for up to 4 items, then £10 for each additional item up to a maximum of 10 items.
